The client is one of the most prestigious luxury groups in the world. It is one of the largest luxury retailers with multi-thousands of retail locations globally.

1. Assist Finance Director in managing the company budget& forecasting process.

• Liaise with relevant parties to set country wise budget assumption/benchmarks

• Develop budget/forecast Finance working process & templates

• Build & standardize budget/forecast review format to facilitate China Management Review

• Owner of Hyperion Reporting system and other ERP system

2. Develop systems and relevant sales and KPI reports to drive weekly and monthly business review

3. Consolidate all monthly financial reports for submission to headquarter.

4. Management report& commercial analysis for China management review.

5. Be the key driver to prepare report for business review for store P&L, KPI and sales performance very closely, includes units, values, margin and productivity by store.

6. Develop and manage an effective Business Control procedure for timely & accurate recording of capital expenditures and store expenses in accordance to Group requirement and PRC GAAP requirement.

7. Develop an efficient and highly effective procedure for controlling & properly recording the company's fixed assets at store level.

8. Formalize procedure and conduct regular testing, analysis, review & reporting on capital Investment, marketing investment, campaign, store productivity and profitability.

9. Perform feasibility study of store closure, store renewal and store opening proposal and perform monthly review of new store performance against feasibility study and forecast.

10. Work closely with other Finance Functions & IT to improve the data quality and effective usage of systems.

11. Other assignment required by the management.

Knowledge and skills:

• Highly analytical and business result oriented person. 
• Quick learner, result-oriented and hands on manager. Work independently in a practical manner. 
• Excellent oral and written skills in English and Chinese. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Excellent ERP/SAP knowledge 
• Excellent Excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint skills. High IT/System literacy. 
• Hyperion experience preferred

Education: 

• Bachelor degree or above

Experience:

• Qualified accountant with minimum 5 years working experience in MNGs 
• Preference Retail experience
