Job Description

職務說明 / Key Responsibilities

A. Sales Controlling
  • Responsible for correctness of statistics in internal systems (MARKIS/ Cosimo)
  • Reporting preparations of actual figures, forecast
  • Customer master maintenance
  • Rebate agreement management in SAP
  • Sales performance reviews and monitoring

B. Cost Control & Report
  • Internal cost center reporting to cost center responsible
  • Creation, adaptation of cost center structures in SAP CO
  • Preparation for monthly company report
  • Follow-up of cost by cost center and forecast cost

C. Financial Data
  • Handle monthly actual reporting, relevant variance analysis (Act and FC)
  • Prepare Monthly Forecast and upload to Cosimo

D. Company Report
  • Prepare and integrate month end closing figures in FIRE (month end closing tool)
  • Coordinate with accounting department month end closings
  • Contact for questions, problems with central headquarters / Business Unit APAC

E. Budget & Forecast Preparation
  • Annual Budget and monthly FC preparation and prepare import data for upload purpose
  • Weekly estimate & trend forecast

F. Cash management

需求條件 / Key Requirements

MUST 以下為必要條件:
1. Excellent English 英語環境所以英語一定要好
2. Experienced in monthly P&L reporting and sales/ margin analysis 業務分析
3. Work experience in international company 一定要待過外商
4. Familiar with retail marketing industry 零售產業
