DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Weekly flash and related analysis report.
2.Monthly reporting process, including actual OneStream load, complete monthly (or quarterly) analysis reports, such as Revenue & EBITDA report, Bridge(GVAT), Productivity, Margin walk, Key BS, ICSC report etc.
3.Responsible for complete monthly plant operation deck presentation.
4.Monthly Forecast process, including load forecast data to OneStream and complete related Bridge analysis reports.
5.Annual budget process, include communication with originators and budget owners, complete plant budget and preparation of the budget package etc.
6.Supporting the preparation related to closing and reports process of SOX, internal and external audit.
7.Complete other tasks assigned by leader;
8.Follow the EHS regulations of the company. Implement the EHS requirement to ensure all action satisfied with ISO14001、IATF16949 & OHSAS18001 requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor degree above, accounting, finance or other relevant major;
2.At least 5 years experiences of Accounting or Finance analysis working in an automobile manufacturing facility;
3.Comprehensive theoretical knowledge in finance and accounting, Familiar with finance procedure, Familiar with finance forecast, budget, budget control and management, Strong financial analysis ability;
4.Detail Oriented, Proactive, Persevere, Team Player;
5.Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, good at planning and execution;
6.Enthusiastic in work and strong sense and responsibility;
7.Familiar with SAP is preferred, Strong Excel & Power Point skills;
8.Good expression skills, both oral and written in English.
