We’re searching for a FPnA Business Analyst to provide financial analysis and partnership that influences the decision making in the Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) Products and Customer Engineering Units. Supporting two executive VPs in a dynamic environment with changing needs and trends. Coordinates communications between Finance and Business Unit partners to enable synchronization of objectives and expectations. Driving cross functional teams to improve financials across Intel that have an impact on their operations. Develops financial spending budgets, plans and forecasts to further the development and achievement of business objectives.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to
Develops business spending plan including business requirements and analysis.
Acts as an interface and facilitator for gathering, defining, and reviewing information from Business Unit management teams
Manages the collection of project plan information for Prognos compliance
Monitors accuracy of Headcount and Burden data and spending
Establishes and documents alignment with other finance groups on synergy work
Interface with other financial groups and cross-functional teams for data analysis needs
Provides input regarding opportunities for continuous process and productivity improvements
Helps lead the PSG FPnA community through changes in process and organization
Requires access and use of business reporting tools EPM, Power BI, BPM, MDG, etc.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Strong communications skills and attention to details
Comfortable presenting and speaking to groups
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum qualifications:
Must possess a bachelor's degree with emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3+ years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Excel VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, formulas, etc.
Proven working knowledge of spending monitoring control
Preferred qualifications:
Prior experience using PowerBI, DSS
Prior FP&A, P&L experience.
Accounting background.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
