• 开发新的服务解决方案或产品特性
• 开发和管理在众多领域产品中基于复杂软/硬件的系统（即：IT或电信）
• 所有级别的故障排除、问题解决、设计、实现、测试、验证和系统集成
• 为广泛的客户提供专业的咨询服务（含外包服务）

职位要求

基本要求：

• 本科学位，计算机科学或电气工程或相关专业
• 具备丰富的FPGA系统设计和测试能力
• 掌握VHDL / Verilog and / or UVM / SystemVerilog
• 掌握tcl, python script language
• 掌握Place & Route, timing knowledge
• 掌握Highspeed SerDes
• 掌握Ethernet, CPRI, PCIe
• 掌握Electronic Hardware
• 熟悉嵌入式系统开发及C/C++或RTOS
• 熟悉C#/.Net的应用程序开发
• 熟悉GIT / Gerrit / Jenkins
• 熟悉通用控制接口设计（如AMBA AXI, UART, SPI, I2C, OPB, DDR, Ethernet等)
• 具有3年以上Lean & Agile原则下的软件开发经验
• 具有SCRUM方法的知识和实践经验
• 英语口语交流能力较好，读写流利
• 良好的沟通、知识分享和团队协作能力
• 以客户为中心，以客户为导向

青睐要求（加分能力）:

• 硕士学位，计算机科学或电气工程或相关专业
• FPGA系统架构师的经验
• 熟悉硬件设计或开源硬件平台

Core Responsibilities and Tasks

• FPGA System Design or Verification responsibilities
• Develop new service solutions or product features
• Develop and manage complex HW/SW based systems packaged in many products for multiple applications (i.e. IT or Telecommunications)
• Troubleshooting, problem solving, design, implementation, test, verification and system integration at all levels
• Provide professional Services as Consultant for wide range customer assignments (incl. outsourcing)

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

Mandatory:

• Bachelor degree, major in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Has adequate FPGA Design or Verification skills
• Knowledge about VHDL / Verilog and / or UVM / SystemVerilog
• Knowledge about tcl, python script language
• Knowledge about Place & Route, timing knowledge
• Knowledge about Highspeed SerDes
• Knowledge about Ethernet, CPRI, PCIe
• Knowledge about electronic Hardware
• Knowledge with Embedded systems development, familiar with C/C++ or RTOS
• Familiar with C#/.Net programming for Application development
• Familiar with GIT / Gerrit / Jenkins
• Common control interfaces design (e.g. AMBA AXI, UART, SPI, I2C, OPB, DDR, Ethernet, etc.)
• 3+ years working software development experience with Lean & Agile principles
• Knowledge & hands-on experience with SCRUM methodology
• Good English verbal communication skill, fluent in reading and writing skill
• Good interaction and communication skills, knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
• Customer-oriented mindset

Preferred (as a plus):

• Master degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• FPGA System Architect experiences
• Familiar with hardware design or open source hardware platform
