The Intel Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) has been delivering industry leading custom logic solutions to customers since inventing the world's first reprogrammable logic device in 1984. To expand the technology that provides us with advantages in programmable solutions, we are looking for a phenomenal engineer to join our high-powered team.

The Cloud and Enterprise Acceleration Division (CEAD) within Intel PSG is looking for an exceptional FPGA Acceleration Engineer. As a part of System Solution Engineering (SSE) team within CEAD you will use your skills to build the next generation acceleration solutions FPGAs related to database analytics, cloud security, encryption, distributed compute, and memory, etc. In addition, you will gain great insights into heterogeneous computing languages like Intel OneAPI, OpenCL™, etc.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a positive factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed may be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Requirements

The candidate must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

2+ years of experience in:

• FPGA design using Verilog/VHDL or HLS languages.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with software programing languages like C/C++/OpenCL.

• Experience with heterogeneous computing platform for acceleration like GPU, FPGAs.

• Experience with HPC, AI, data analytics algorithms.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$84,060.00-$126,320.00

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
