The Intel Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) has been delivering industry leading custom logic solutions to customers since inventing the world's first reprogrammable logic device in 1984. To expand the technology that provides us with advantages in programmable solutions, we are looking for great engineers to join our high-powered team.
Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to the following:
Conduct design and development of the host-side software stack to drive the FPGA.
Conduct development of a deep learning graph compiler tool, enhancing and adding support for new layers and graph topologies.
Optimize the compiler tool to ensure that the instruction streams driving the soft IP implement customer deep learning graphs in a performant manner.
Integrate software tools with the OpenVINO deep learning framework.
Implement new features and optimizations in the Verilog RTL.
Interact with deep learning researchers and understand, as well as analyze, the performance of various deep learning graphs on FPGAs.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum education requirements and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Education:
Masters degree in a math, engineering, or computer science, or equivalent industrial experience
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years experience with C/C++ in a production environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with VHDL or Verilog RTL development
Experience with FPGA system development
Experience with deep learning and/or with the OpenVINO framework
