Intel’s Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) is an industry leader in programmable logic devices, including FPGAs, and our chips play a critical role in our modern interconnected, smart world. We're at the cutting edge of hardware acceleration for high performance and low latency computing.

Intel PSG is looking for a software developer with experience with high performance computing or digital logic to join our High Level Design (HLD) team. The HLD team creates tools that enable our customers to build digital-logic systems fog FPGA using SYCL, OpenCL, and C++.  We're looking for a new team member to help us build our developer tool ecosystem, including our next generation analysis platform. It's an exciting role that touches on elements of high performance computing, digital logic, and human-computer interaction.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with two years of job experience, or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with five years of job experience.
Minimum two years’ experience in C++ AND experience in at least one of these areas: Python, Typescript, or ECMAScript.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Verilog and digital logic design
Experience with OpenCL, SYCL, or CUDA
Experience with Electron and NodeJS
Experience with human-computer interaction

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
