The System Prototyping Lab is looking for FPGA / Emulation Engineer Intern to assist the team in development and integration of digital IP into Intel Labs Proof of Concept research SoCs and Intel FPGA based platforms.
Qualifications
Education:
The candidate must be currently enrolled in a graduate program in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ months of experience in Digital Circuit Design
- 6+ months of Hands-on experience with FPGA software tools (Example: Vivado or Quartus)
- Mexico work permit
- Intermediate+ English skills
- Ability to work 30hrs or more per week
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms
- Experience with software versioning control practices (such as GIT
Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, and/or work experience.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
