Online Program and Content Specialist:

The Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) at Intel provides numerous leading edge hardware programmable and software solutions to thousands of innovative companies that bring out cutting edge innovations in numerous markets such as wireless and network communications, the data center, industrial, medical, defense, broadcast and vision, etc. It is imperative our customers have a great experience learning about our products on Intel.com. We're looking for an Online Program and Content Specialist to organize and ensure our online content clearly articulates the value of our products and customers can easily navigate to find what they need.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Drive Intel PSGs online Product experience to ensure accurate information, provide a consistent user experience of products, and show favorable engagement
Proactively prioritize, manage projects, and actively drive PSG online assets
Creation, organization, and development of online content
Work cross functionally with PSG Product Marketing, PSG Regional Marketing, PSG Customer Experience Group, PSG Field Sales, and Intel Global Marketing team
Create web analytics tracking dashboards and give guidance to product leads for improving customer experience

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, Engineering or related field
3+ months of experience or relevant course work in:
Marketing Communications, Web Manager, Program or Project Management, Customer Experience Role, Online Editor or Web Design
Preferred Qualifications:
Online developer experience
Project management experience
Content developer manager
Work experience in a technology company

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
