As a member of this team you will own and drive improvements through multiple angles including the analysis of bottlenecks in user designs, implementation of compiler enhancements and optimizations, and comprehensive benchmarking of the end result

The Intel Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) has been delivering industry leading custom logic solutions to customers since inventing the world's first reprogrammable logic device in 1984. To expand the technology that provides us with advantages in programmable solutions, we are looking for a phenomenal engineer to join our high-powered team.


Qualifications

You must possess minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.

Minimum Requirements:


The candidate must have a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 3-6-9+ months experience in:

  • C/C++ and/or Python.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in software and/or hardware performance optimization.

  • Familiarity with SYCL, OpenCL and/or LLVM.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
