We are looking for an in-house full-time Translator in our Headquarter offices in Shenzhen, China.

Responsibilities:

• Translation, trans-creation, editing and writing of promotional copy, webpages, advertisements, video scripts, and other marketing content.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of tone in French across all company contents.
• Provide creative ideas and input on a variety of projects.
• Effectively communicate highly technical information and concepts.
• Work with an international team with exposure to a range of different marketing projects.
• Capable of working independently, responsible, organized, and pro-active.
• Working on website back-ends and helping uploading and coordinating materials in French.

Requirements:

• Native French speaker. The language DJI speaks is French (France).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• 2+ years of translation experience at a top agency, international company, or major publication.
• Bachelor’s degree in translation, French language, advertising, marketing, journalism, communications, or other similar field.
• Strong understanding of editing techniques and experience adhering to corporate style guides.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with CAT tools.

Preferred:

• Interested in technology and the hi-tech industry.
• Fast learner on process and new software.
• Previous experience in tech companies and other related industries is preferred.
• Familiar with photography concepts and technology is preferred.
