innovative consumer, commercial and enterprise technology. Lenovo's business
is built on innovation, a highly efficient global supply chain and clearly
defined competitive strategy. Its product lines include a full range of
commercial and consumer PCs, servers & storage and workstations, and a family
of mobile internet devices incl. Smartphones, tablets and convertible
products.
We are building a team to sell OEM solutions. It’s an emerging business
venture for Lenovo in EMEA, and the team have to replicate the achievements of
our North American OEM business.
Success in OEM is founded on trust to deliver on what has been promised. As an
inside seller you will need to be able to build that trust and the strong
customer relations over the phone. You need to be enthusiastic, dynamic, and
someone who can achieve goals through collaboration; you need to be persuasive
without the benefit of face to face contact.
You will report to the EMEA OEM Inside Sales Manager, but will work closely
with OEM field sales specialists, and other sales team to exploit the business
opportunities you and they identify.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
• Identify, qualify and win new and incremental business opportunities to sell
Lenovo’s capabilities and offerings
• Create 200%+ pipeline per Quarter and maintain and update weekly into Lenovo
tools
• Identify and secure cross selling and up selling opportunities
• Actively participate in sales initiatives and marketing campaigns and update
tools and systems on a weekly/daily basis
• Proactively inform customers of new products and roadmaps proposing upgrades
and transition paths as appropriate.
• Produce accurate account plans, sales forecasts and ensure sales activity is
tracked using the required reporting tools on a daily and weekly basis
• Maintain and leverage customer and business partner relationships and
maximize customer satisfaction
• Liaise with sales support teams and co-ordinate customer issues
• Work closely with business partners, create relationship, develop and drive
proactive approach into assigned accounts
#### Position Requirements:
• Previous success in acquiring new accounts, selling complex solutions,
growing business in the IT Sector
• OEM sales experience is desirable
• Self confidence
• Organizational and planning skills
• Ability to learn and present hardware portfolio
• Excellent verbal/ written communication skills
