Responsibilities

• Establish role as day to day contact on engagements and be seen as a trusted advisor by mid-level executives
• Coordinate and drive the preparation of client deliverables spanning multiple work streams with limited oversight
• Demonstrate deep expertise and an ability to generate insights in a chosen sector
• Motivate, coach and develop project team members
• Provide constructive upwards feedback

Experience And Background

• Demonstrate an analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, and creativity
• Demonstrate confidence, people skills, ambition and pragmatism
• Having a strong understanding of the value drivers for at least one of FS sectors, including banking, insurance or investment markets
• Evidence of leadership experience in a professional teamwork setting (e.g. coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, managing small teams in project execution, etc.)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, fluency in Chinese Mandarin is a must
• Typically with 4-8 years of relevant experience, and over half strategy projects experience were with financial industry clients is preferred
• Degree from a leading institution
