THIS IS YOUR ROLE. What are my responsibilities? 1. Prime responsibility will include preparation of standard offers for field services of Medium Voltage AIS, Protection and Automation 2. To track opportunities and drives close collaboration between Front End Sales & Field Services team 3. Routinely discuss opportunities & push for closure 4. To become customer service champion by managing activities like CS NPS, Customer email campaigns What do I need to qualify for this job? • Any diploma with technical background • Sales acumen for Services & exposure to managing CS NPS & CFF • Knowledgeable & experienced in Sales & Offerings preferably in after sales services. • Should have exposure to Business of Field services in Medium Voltage Products, Protection & Automation • Should be familiar with Market, Customer Base within India • Good Communication Skills.
