Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated individual who loves to drive continuous process improvements. The candidate will be an individual who enjoys problem-solving, crunching data to identify patterns, is a detail-oriented, self-driven learner, and an excellent collaborator.

As a Planning Analyst, you will be the primary interface between the factory and the customer (Division and Assembly/Test). You must adhere to daily and weekly benchmarks, understand build plan cycle and commitments and build up strong working relationships with all business partners. As the Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for but not limited to: 

  • Managing product supply to meet critical business demand in a manufacturing environment.

  • Product supply may include integration, optimization, coordination, communication, and driving execution of production planning schedules, forecasts, materials, build plan and capacity requirements, as well as business and inventory strategies to meet business and customer requirements in collaboration with cross-organizational supply chain stakeholders.

  • The Planning Analyst may conduct scenario (what-if) planning for products, processes, and inventory strategies when necessary, as well as influencing/recommending issue resolution strategies using data-driven decision making across appropriate Key Stakeholder and Management levels.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. *This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must possess at least one of the following degrees plus the years of experience determined for each degree in the areas specified below:  

  • A Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in supply chain and data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  Experience in manufacturing and planning or materials.

  •  Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL would be an added advantage.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
