Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope; overseeing all aspects of projects; setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring and summarizing progress of project; preparing reports for upper management regarding status of project.
The Project Manager will develop the project’s procedures including initiation, planning, execution, regulation and closure as well as the guidance of the project team’s operations towards achieving all the agreed upon goals within the set scope, time, quality and budget standards.

• -    Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  -    Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, high performance (maximum efficiency, minimum risk), successful completion
  -    Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  -    Develop a detailed project plan to monitor, track progress and report as needed
  -    Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
  -    Perform other related duties as assigned
  -    Tracking and report project benefits.
