SoC FW Solutions Group is looking for an experienced Firmware Engineer to join our group.
As a Firmware Engineer you will be responsible for architecting, designing and implementing Power Management solutions for Intel Client Architecture.

FW Group defines power and performance flows that on one hand bring power optimizations to the product and on the other hand enables higher performance. We're writing bare metal FW (a mix of low level HW/SW flows and high level algorithms) and handle hard RT tasks.

We're working on the next big product and for that we're expanding the FW group and recruiting excellent FW engineers.

The role will include working with high level languages in modern environments while defining new algorithms to improve power and performance.
The Group is part of SoC Architecture Division, working on the most advanced products on Intel roadmap.
Intel is in the worlds top leaders of chip power and energy management.

Qualifications

BSc or MSc in Computer ScienceComputer Engineering Electrical engineering
4 years of SW development
Strong debug capabilities
Experience in C/C++/Python is an advantage
Experience in Firmware developmentis an advantage

Experience with System Architecture Chip Architecture

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
