This position is for the Fab9 Yield and Integration team. This is a greenfield factory and is the first consolidated DMO HVM factory with Die prep, Sort and Wafer level assembly areas.
Scope of the Yield/Integration Engineer will include process technology transfer from TD and other HVM sites to Fab 9 (NMDM)

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Drive key integrated process changes to improve manufacturability or resolve technology/Yield issues in Wafer level assembly, Die prep and Sort (wafer sort and Die sort) areas.

• Enable new product introduction in the factory.

• Yield Analysis/ scripting - Querying data from Intel manufacturing database and utilizing it to solve integrated process and Yield issues.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's in a STEM engineering field with 1+ years of industry experience.

• 1+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

- Microelectronics packaging and assembly.

- Experience and expertise in model based problem solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with any of the following:

- Factory start-up / Technology transfer experience.

- Leadership in Model Based Problem Solving (MBPS) Teams

- Process improvement using Intel Change Control Process

- NPI Management

- Process Continuous Improvement Projects

- Yield Analyses Scripting

- Metrology or Low Yield Analyses/Failure Analyses techniques for problem solving
