- Design, develop, and apply engineering, mathematical models, simulation, and optimization models to drive solutions to complex manufacturing and supply chain problems.
- Identify and solves highly complex problems in factory performance, loading, equipment performance, and decision science.
- Require a thorough understanding of the factory capacity supply chain to develop complex engineering models and apply them to identify and drive solutions.
- Build, develop, validate, and apply mathematically based decision algorithms, heuristics, optimization, and simulation models and tools.
- The applicant will be working closely with business users, analysts, and other developers on a small, agile development team to drive the appropriate business and technical solutions.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Management Science, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 2+ years of working experience in optimization modeling and programming
- 2+ years of experience in Operations Research, especially Linear Programming (LP), Mixed Integer Programming (MIP), Constraints Programming (CP)
- 2+ years of experience in commercial optimization/constraints programming tools such as ILOG CPLEX, Concert, OPL
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience in semiconductor manufacturing are highly preferred
- 2+ years of experience in programming in C# and LP/MIP solvers
