2. Provide capacity support proposal to fulfill customer’s requirement

3. Optimize fab loading by executing fab rationalization proposal

1. Bachelor & above degree with major in engineering, MBA or management science

2. Good data analysis and presentation skill

3. Good communication skill, fluent in English is a plus

4. Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
