You will be responsible for safely installing or de-installing factory equipment. You we be responsible for the accuracy of the design packages, installation/demo details, coordination and scheduling of facility systems connection and disconnection. You will be required to read and understand detailed design packages and validate the tool requirements. You will work closely with the engineering tool owner, AC, construction and the EPCoT manger to ensure the project is meeting expected schedule and high light any issues that may impact safety, quality, or the schedule. Your job is to ensure the tools are install/demo'd per the design package and to highlight any issues that need resolved to ensure project is completed safely and on schedule. You will be managing several projects at once and you must be able to manage your time and scope appropriately to complete the tasks safely and on time with minimal supervision.
Job Requirements:
You will be responsible to walk the job daily and be present in the field to ensure accuracy of tool installation, highlighting any issues to the AC/PM to avoid delays and costs.
You will attend design reviews to ensure accuracy of tool design and validate key facilities components are identified in the design.
You will work with the engineering tool owner, suppliers and trades to get all items installed correctly and per design.
You will coordinate tasks between supplier and trades to ensure trades have all details needed.
You will be responsible to schedule, walk and validate all SL1, SL2, SL3 items are completed.
You will schedule facilities turn on with system owners, automation system (i.e. TO ports, E84 teach, etc).
You will oversee tool move-in and set.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 3-4 years previous Install Qualification experience.
5+ years experience understanding of 6D procedures (Decon/demo).
5+ years experience and knowledge of design packages.
This position is not open for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Preventative Maintenance on production equipment may require mechanical aptitude, walking up to 3 miles in a 12hour shift, lifting up to 35lbs and/or standing/sitting for extended periods of time.
The use of job-specific fixtures, basic hand tools, and airline supplied respirators (could be required) and spend the majority of the time (>90% less break time) on the floor working on tool sets, processing WIP.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors degree in STEM.
