We are looking for a Hiring Coordinator who will report to the People Systems Group department manager and own the Fab9 hiring process and candidate hiring experience.
They will partner with department managers, technical program owners, and module group leaders to create internal\external job requisitions that meet the Intel standard.
They will also partner with Corporate Staffing to post job reqs, align on candidate requirements, and ensure a diverse candidate pool. Post DOT opportunities via NM DMO Sharepoint.
Create and send opportunity emails to appropriate distribution lists to ensure fair and transparent hiring process.
Own driving cadence of candidate screen, interview, selection and disposition process.
Partner with staffing and hiring manager to generate/negotiate fair and equitable offers.
Deliver offers to Intel internal candidates.
Negotiate release dates or start dates for candidates.
Owns resolving escalations during the hiring process.
Primary point of contact for the candidates from offer accept to New Employee Orientation.
Provide presentations and updates to various levels of the organization.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years' experience working in the semiconductor industry, including technical hiring - inclusive of manufacturing technicians to PhD engineering candidates.
BS in a stem related field or BA in a business related field.
This position is not open for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years' experience influencing across multiple business groups.
2+ years of advanced knowledge of Workday and staffing systems, Req management tool, SharePoint.
2+ years of experience with relocation support.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
