• Understand daily production planning of projects and review group capacity and properly organize tasks.
• 了解日常项目生产计划，跟踪本小组的产能并且合理安排各项任务。
• Following production plan to finish produce task timely, qualified and productively.
• 根据生产计划按时按质量高效完成生产任务。
• Training and monitor group member to understand drawing and process requirement to continuously improve productivity.
• 指导和监督每个岗位员工能够根据图纸和工艺要求进行正确的生产，提高生产效率。
• Familiar with welding related process and solve products technical problems and can get support from fabrication technician.
• 熟悉焊接的工艺流程，可以解决产品的技术问题，并且可以得到焊接技工支持。
• Monitor the parts have given correct label and properly put on box or pallet, if find missing or scrap, must apply for new parts.
• 监督并指导完成品的清点及堆放以及是否贴上相对应物料号的标签和工艺流程牌，在有数量缺乏或报废品时及时安排返工。
• Identify the production issues and report timely, communicate and support production management team to solve the production issues to ensure produce process running smoothly.
• 及时发现生产中的问题，协助生产主管和生产总监进行解决，确保生产各环节正常运转。
• Maintain knowledge and proficiency of welding.
• 持续提高焊接知识水平与专业度。

• 中专以上学历（根据人员情况，可以考虑放宽到职业学校）
• 具有生产现场管理知识
• 五年以上相关行业生产现场焊接工作经验
• 具有良好的机械识图能力；
• 具有较好的实际操作能力；
• 具有较强的问题解决能力及生产管理技巧；
• 具有较强的对员工的培训能力及对员工技能评估的能力；
• 具有良好的沟通能力，并且愿意培养新员工；
• 具有较强的学习能力；
• 具有良好的团队合作精神。
