Major Hong Kong construction projects with latest technology applications requires  Facade specialist for their up and coming development. An excellent opportunity to work with key players within the facade trade industry and landmark projects.

Duties & Requirements:

• Have worked on complex facades projects from concept to completion
• Be able to carry out design engineering for facade, detailed engineering computations, structural façade analysis, drawing, calculations and specification
• Prepare and Review contractors submissions and tender submissions
• Project management and administration
• Attend inspections during construction, installation and fabrication as required
• Provide robust design input on façade issues to the client’s design team
• Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships throughout the project and work with a variety of stakeholders
• A strong track record of in detailed design deliver work in a timely and technically competent manner

Qualifications:

• Degreein Civil Engineering/Structural or equivalent 
• 10 year or above experience in the façade industry
• Advance computer skills and with experience in Graphics packages 
• Fluent in written and verbal English and Chinese 
• Less experience will also considered for similar roles
