Major jobs scope including:

• Responsible for façade design and consulting for building projects in HK and overseas
• Prepare design intent drawings for tendering and for statutory submission
• Carry out contractor submission review
• Receive on-job training on building façade design, project implementation, fabrication/ installation methodology

Qualification requirements:

• Min 1-2 yrs experience with local façade consultancy or specialist contractor
• Experience on Buildings Department submission is a must & Degree in Engineering is preferable
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, experience on Rhinoceros or Revit will be an asset.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Façade Designer
