Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support Facilities department in processing paperwork, invoices and purchase orders
  • Management of security system including timely issuance of access cards, photo taking for Employee cards, office cabinet keys and any other related administrative matters.
  • Support facilities set up for events such as training, town hall and any other meeting requests
  • Stand in for reception, manage incoming mail, parcels/deliveries and visitors
  • Email distribution lists administration
  • Season parking administration
  • Oversee office work station allocation by coordinating with other admin supports on new or relocation requests.
  • Actively looking into continuous process improvement of the overall Facilities support process.

    Requirements

  • Experience in office and facilities administrative duties.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have initiative and good organizing ability
  • Sensitive to confidentiality

Proficient in Microsoft office software
