The Facilities Category Manager will be responsible for all supply chain activities associated with construction and facilities management scopes within Intel's Latin America Region which includes Costa Rica and Mexico. The person will deliver results associated with and measured against the Global Facilities Strategic Sourcing charter. Specifically, the candidate will be expected to meet or exceed cost at market or better targets, implement velocity solutions reducing the critical path, ensure quality supplier performance, and implement and manage to contract deliverables. Additionally, the successful FCM will create a strong partnership with Corporate Services and Fab Construction Enterprise to develop, implement, and monitor innovative supplier solutions.
*This position will require international travel.

Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of related experience in supply chain management, commodity management, contracts management, or construction project management.
- This position does not support immigration sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in the above study areas.
- Highly desired fluency in Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, contract law and claims management processes and procedures.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
