In order to support this effort, we are looking for an experience change manager who can ensure a successful project delivery. Job Duties: In this newly created function, you will pursue the goal of setting up and implementing change management based on project-specific requirements and designing transformation projects. It is your responsibility to ensure smooth transition through every project, to support the delivery of productive and engaging working environments. Building trust, being transparent and committed to deliverables are key skills, next to excellent communication skills. Below reflects the list of activities that will be performed by the CM during the project. Develop a change management methodology: Align with the project manager and the stakeholders to identify the requirements of each project to ensure a successful delivery of the project or initiative Professionalization of change management: Develop change measures, evaluate them and derive appropriate formats. Identify and manage anticipated resistance. Integrate change management activities into project plan. Coach and Sparring Partner: Ensure that all responsible partners are systematically involved in the implementation of change initiatives. Shape them actively. Assist and coach project teams, senior managers and other relevant stakeholders. Leading Ambassador & Stakeholders Meetings & Workshops: Prepare meetings and workshops with the stakeholders and ambassadors who are actively involved in project/ design of the office. Manage expectations in close collaboration with the Project Manager. Communication: Support the design, development, delivery and management of communication. Monitoring & Reporting: Review the effectiveness of change management activities. Track and report issues. Apply the lessons learned in the change management process. Additional responsibilities may include: Conduct change management assessments Conduct employee surveys and identify measures for improvements Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities Coordinate efforts with other specialists like Workplace Technology Team or IT Support change management at the organizational level Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role Requires fluency in English, additional languages beneficial, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent active listening and presentation skills · Conflict resolution, negotiation, interpersonal and customer interfacing skills required. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations Forward looking with a holistic approach Problem solving and root cause identification skills Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts Change management certification or designation desired Requires a positive, professional approach and the ability to perform tasks with minimal direction and guidance Availability to travel as required within the assigned region (up to 30%) We offer an international environment with more than 140,000 customers around the world who already rely on our expertise in digitization.
