l Create PO for vendor in ecountline system and arrange payment monthly.
l Record colleague the annual or sick leave and report to HR.
l Issue the quotation for client and apply the BRF to FIN to pay the service fee.
l Client business (change business license, meeting support etc.)
l Be responsible for meeting and team building arrangement.
l Regional team FIN/ADM support.

Requirements:
l College degree or above.
l Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are must.
l Ability of reasoning, problem-solving abilities and teamwork.
l Minimum one year of experience in administrative management related field required.
l Above average written communication skills required in both Mandarin and English.
l Software competency such as above average user silks of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) are required.
?大专以上学历。
