Our Client

Our Client is one of the largest global telecommunication operators in the world, headquartered in Hong Kong for international business with over 20 country bases across the world.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the corrective and preventive maintenance for mechanical systems (e.g. Chilled Water Systems, Condenser Water Systems, pumps, CRAH units, etc.) in Data Center
• Monitor the cooling loading of Chillers, CRAH Units, etc. to ensure with an optimum usage and in health & safe operation mode
• Supervise the building services alteration and additional works
• Manage the performance of out-sourced service providers are up to satisfaction and ensure full compliance against contract requirement & SLA
• Maintain and improve the service reliability and plant efficiency
• Coordinate and corporate with other colleagues for achieving the team goal
• Carry out any ad hoc works that assigned by his/her supervisor

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Electrical / Building Services Engineering or other related disciplines
• Registered Electrical Worker Grade B or above
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in in Data Center; with managing critical E&M systems is preferred
• Experience in Operation knowledge of Chillers, CRAH Units, BMS knowledge is an advantage
• Knowledge in CFD is an advantage
• Self-motivated with good project management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills is required
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, AutoCAD and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
