As a Facilities Infrastructure Program Manager/Site Services Specialist  your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the site facilities to ensure flawless service, business operations, site improvements and corporate strategic objectives.
  • Influence and resolve issues at various levels of management; good leadership, customer service and results orientation skills; disciplined approach to managing and prioritizing projects and assigned responsibilities.
  • Manage our IFM (Integrated Facilities Management) supplier - driving supplier performance and tracking deliverables and metrics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with a broad and diverse customer base.
  • Track project schedules and expenditures against the project budget and forecast costs to completion.
  • Analyze customer data and business needs to develop site plans/alternatives and make recommendations to senior management.
  • Create and execute of a plan, oversight, and delivery of all front of house services for the site.
  • Deliver consistent, outstanding workplace experiences to employees and you are inspired to improve the everyday lives of our employees through these onsite conveniences.
  • Partner with site IFM supplier Ensure compliance to the Corporate Contract.
  • Ensure consistent and quality design, implementation, and ongoing management of our services.
  • Deliver high quality services and facilities support, within the site and state, ensure consistency in services and encourage innovation.
  • Build a strategies with a clear roadmap, drive execution to milestone goals, and effectively communicate plans and progress to senior management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Responsible as liaison to executive management, key suppliers, and other regional service managers.
  • Deliver Workplace Services per the Global Services Team roadmap. Executing and delivering these services in alignment with the global documented standards.
  • Creation and execution of any locally piloted services which includes making sure there are metrics defined to measure they pilots success and oversight on the delivery.
  • Deliver employee services, and organization of events, sport and recreation activities for site while bringing innovative ideas and services to site to improve the employee experience.
  • Work closely with CS Dining and the local supplier to deliver great dining experiences for employees.
  • Work closely with CS Wellness and the local supplier to deliver the wellness services to the site.
  • Works with a team of volunteers to successfully organize events for employees while meeting time and budget goals.
  • Resolution of internal customer queries regarding services and other Corporate Services owned employee programs.
  • Gather and clarifies feedback and other information from internal customers through various methods, research relevant guidelines, and responds to inquiries promptly.
  • Provide coaching, influencing, and dispute resolution strategies to managers and other customers regarding company or benefits policies.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must possess all of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing or similar with 4+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas:

  • Supplier Management (highly preferred)
  • Facilities Planning
  • Marketing and Communications
  • Project management

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
