Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• The candidate must be pursuing an Engineering Degree/Major in Instrumentations & Control (I&C) or Automation engineering.
• Knowledge of scripting, high level computer languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge in Industrial automation platforms, including GE Cimplicity, Rockwell Automation Control Logix PLC products or knowledge of other Facility Management Systems (PLC & SCADA).
• Knowledge of field instrumentation.
• Familiar with AutoCAD software.
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• General system troubleshooting skills.

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
