Job Responsibility:

  • Receives and conducts administrative induction program for new staffs. Prepares and assists new staffs to settle in when they join the FM.
  • Coordinates with Work Force Department on roster amendment and leave records etc.
  • Processes the checking-out of resigned/ terminated staffs.
  • Raises Purchase Requests upon instruction from Engineers, Managers and management of FM.
  • Ensures office supplies and consumables are well-stocked, distributes as necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • 2 years working experience, preferably in the hotel industry and in areas such as office administration and procurement support.
  • High school graduate or above.
  • Excellent language skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
