Responsible to handle the maintenance, office security and safety works for office premises in Hong Kong and Macau with the objectives of providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and facilities management, project management and development management services to the business partners at cost effective ways

Roles and Responsibilities:

Repair and Maintenance

• Handle office repair & maintenance work of internal offices
• Handle telephone service / telephone system maintenance
• Liaise with building management offices / contractors to perform repair & maintenance work, security issues and ad hoc projects

Safety and Security

• Handle office safety and security issues e.g. upkeep of first aid boxes & AEDs, organizing fire drills, arrange regular check up of all safety & security equipment / systems
• Maintain the backup keys system

Procurement

• Work independently to obtain and consolidate quotations / tenders for cost estimation of building/property improvement projects, cleaning services, repair and maintenance works; and ad hoc jobs
• Supervise and monitor the performance of the vendors to ensure they meet the service level.
• Handle payment settlement

Others

• Handle ad-hoc projects related to maintenance, safety and security issue
• You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma of Facility Management or related disciplines plus 2 years related experience or Form Five graduate plus 6-8 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of best practice in facility management and its related Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Familiar with MS Office, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Processing
• Positive, a team player with good communication skills
• Good project monitoring skills
