Responsibilities:

• Assists the Facilities Engineer to collect and analyze data affecting quality of FMO service and performance.
• Produces regular management information report to Facilities Manager
• Produce the training records and reports as required
• Keep accurate records and monitors closely all expenditures and to ensure that the approved budget is adhered to and costs strictly controlled
• Assumes full responsibility for preparation and timely submission of all reports.
• Undertakes duties and responsibility as required under direction of his /her superiors

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or other related discipline.
• Over 2 years in the hotel industry and preferably with min. 1 year in engineer position.
