Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Provide general administration services, including but not limited to arrange courier service; confidential waste collection; receive and coordinate calls via phone, e-mail or any correspondences in regular office hours etc
  • Supervise and monitor in house and outsourced teams with diverse trades to ensure the facilities services including customer relation, security, cleaning, and facilities maintenance and repair are delivered effectively and cost efficiently
  • Coordinate minor project works e.g. renovation, relocation, moves etc
  • Ensure vendors submit invoices in timely manner
  • Ensure all work carried out in compliance with standards and Health & Safety Regulations
  • Report to Account Manager for special feedback and key account management
  • Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor

 

Job Requirements:

  • Higher diploma holder, facilities management or service related disciplines preferred
  • With 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
