Job Description
Client Management
? Ensuring client satisfaction through excellent facilities management planning, advice and support.
? Compile the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the clients.
Operations Management
? Respond to and management of environment & safety issues as they pertain to property & facilities management
? Provision of mail room service, company car/shuttle bus arrangement, pantry, kitchen & cafeteria services
? Coordinate events, conference, and meeting room setup
? Assure a steady, clear and empathic communication flow between the facilities teams and the customers
? Liaise with building management and security regarding access, car parking, building maintenance activities, etc.
? Repair & maintenance of equipment, furniture & fittings
? Holistic inspection of the facility at least weekly, ensuring it is tidy, organized, in perfect working order and in good repair, with action taken to remedy any issues
? Vendor management and supervision, including contractor site briefings
? Work along with Procurement Manager on management of budgets and contracts for the facility (RFP process, contract execution, maintain records, payment processing)
? Invoice processing and cost reporting for facilities management
? Reporting on metrics, financial results and other data as required
? Ensure that the day-to-day operation of facilities is conducted in an efficient and effective manner
? Responsibility of fix assests/emergency goods purchase and management
? Being proactive in identifying and implementing more efficient
? and/or cost-effective processes, including periodic re-assessment of vendors and products
? Develop and implement “Green” responsible programs to be reviewed and endorsed by the leadership addressing facility-wide paper reduction programs, energy conservation programs, workplace enhancements to foster pride-of-place programs, etc.
? On-call availability after office hours for emergency needs as required
职位要求:
? A university degree or professional qualification in hospitality, business administration, real estate or facility management
? Over 3 years practical experience in administration, property or facility management
? Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese
