Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Client’s premises
  • Management of landlord issues on behalf of the Client
  • Manage and monitor the performance of the service providers
  • Manage a programme of inspections for the premises on security and building facilities and conduct audits to ensure all systems are managed to up to the standards of the Client
  • Maintain a planned maintenance programme for facilities services, E&M services and equipment installed in the premises
  • Project-manage required maintenance, upkeep works, capital works and other special projects.
  • Ensure works are compliance with the Company and the Client’s policy and standards including health & safety work practices in the client’s office 

 

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services or Real Estate (Property Management)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ practical experience in the day-to-day operation, repair and maintenance, particularly in commercial office and retail premises. Related experience in banking industry is preferable
  • Knowledge in site co-ordination and vendor management
  • A good team player with proven good organizational, communication, and client management skills
  • Knowledge of Customer Experience and with Customer –oriented mind
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese/Chinese with strong communication skills
