As a Facilities Process Technician, Ultra-Pure Water and Liquid Industrial Waste your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems. Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, electrical, heating and cooling systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties.
• Assignments are semi-routine in nature. Work performed within generally defined parameters.
• Normally receives general instructions on most work.
• Work a compressed work week day shift schedule. Alternating 3 or 4 days a week for 12 hour shifts. Shift doesn't rotate.

The successful candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

• Judgement to resolve nonstandard problems and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

This is an entry-level position and will be compensated accordingly. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must have at least one of the following:

• Associate's degree in water program, mechanical, chemical or related field.
• Military service with 1+ years of work experience in Ultra-pure water or Wastewater operations, water movement or delivery systems, liquid industrial waste, mechanical systems or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Ultra-pure water or Wastewater operations, water movement or delivery systems, liquid industrial waste, mechanical systems or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• David H. Paul UPW certification or equivalent.
• Facilities maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in Maximo and ILM.
