Key Responsibilities

1.  Responsible for the maintenance and operations of spaces and facilities (office building and/or FAB, LAB).

2. Assist in the development of space plans to optimize space utilization while incorporating end-user requirements.

3. Preparation of space plan drawings, gathering, organizing, analyzing, and understanding departmental space requirements.

4. Manage vendors including architects, designers and construction.

5.  Effectively managing real estate, vendors, contractors and all facilities systems operation.

6.  Integrate all document, record, filing, and continually improving defects to achieve full support for daily facility maintenance, operation and specific project design, construction and following operation mission.

7.  Managing all operation, task and specific project on schedule, with total safety and budgetary control within +2 % & -5%.
