Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of a facility. The building supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that maintenance or repair operations are efficiently maintained, in addition to ensuring that the facilities are clean, safe and well maintained. This includes cleaning up spills, repairing broken equipment, maintaining safety standards, and other activities. Qualifications Requisitos básicos de la posición: Bachelor’s degree Engineering 5 years minimum Demonstrable experience as a maintenance supervisor or in a similar position Solid technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating, etc.) Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices Understanding of budget and performance management MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, word, outlook, teams). This person will be responsible to maintain tools and equipment in optimal conditions through the maintenance programs he established for all the plant. Maintenance technician’s administration (shifts, vacations, payroll). This person will be responsible of evaluating weakness and strengths of the different technicians and perform the mix of talent per shift so that the maintenance service is always supported by the best talent available. Participate in implementation of projects that positively impact quality, cost and/or cycle time. This person knowledge of equipment and processes must be the input to propose solutions that are technically possible and that will yield in effective problem solving. Develop maintenance plans for all the plant assets Inspect facilities regularly to determine problems and necessary maintenance Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and assign work Supervise and train maintenance technicians Coordinate and supervise professionals in installations, repairs or maintenance tasks (electricians, plumbers, etc.) Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation, etc.) Contribute to the development of the maintenance budget and ensure compliance Monitor the inventory of materials and equipment Participate in project coordination (e.g., renewals) Ensure compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations. #LI-MG1 Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere.
