Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Predictive, preventive and corrective coordinator for all plant facilities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Development, planning, programming and execution of predictive, preventive of the facilities. Comply with the performance indicators of the area (% of preventive plans, Time affected by lines, MTBF, MTTR). Development a check list of the facilities in order get daily information from the facilities. Development a training program for the technician and execute. Ensuring that all facilities comply with EHS standards. Give support in movement and machinery installations. Develop energy savings plan for the plant (electrical energy, compressed air, cutting oil, etc.) In charge of specialized service contractors. In charge of keeping the equipment active in the oracle system (PM plan, inventory) In charge of keeping an inventory of critical spare parts in stock, and updated lists of critical spare parts. Manage the resources necessary for the activities (spare parts, tools, training). Control the roles and responsibilities of your people in charge (incidents, vacations, permits, etc.). Qualifications SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or Manufacturing Engineering required 8 years whit experience in Facilities maintenance area. high applied knowledge in predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance in electrical substations. high applied knowledge in creating electrical diagrams, interpretation. high knowledge applied in high demand compressors, predictive, preventive, corrective maintenance. high knowledge applied in firefighting system, predictive, preventive, corrective maintenance, pressure tests. High knowledge in air conditioners, package type, backpack, mini splits, chillers, preventive, and corrective maintenance. High knowledge in treatment plants, cooling towers. High knowledge in roofing, structural, pipes, overhead wiring. knowledge in electrical safety. Knowledge in mist extractors, oil filtering, ductwork. Knowledge of high-pressure pumping systems (oil, water). Project management or planner. Experience conducting multidisciplinary teams. Skills at interpreting mechanical drawings and basic use of CAD systems (solid work, autocad) Knowledge of machinery functions (hydraulic, electrical, mechanical operations) English language at a conversational level required (80%).
