As a Facilities Total Chemical Management Technician your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, electrical, heating and cooling systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties.
• Assignments are semi routine in nature.
• Work performed within generally defined parameters.
• Some degree of judgment required in resolving nonstandard problems. Normally receives general instructions on most work.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must possess at least one of the following:

• Associate of Arts (AA) or an Associate of Science (AS) degree in a STEM discipline.
• Bachelor degree in a STEM discipline.
• Military service with 1+ years of work experience in Chemical and Gas Systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
• 2+ years of technical or facilities experience in lieu of a degree.

The candidate must be willing to:

• Lift up to 30 lbs, pull 250lbs at least once a day, and spend the majority of the time (greater than 90 less break time) on the floor working on toolsets, walking 3-5 miles a day, and/or standing/sitting for 9 hours.
• Work a compressed workweek schedule ' Shift is twelve hours long and rotates from three to four days a week.
• Lift a minimum of 30lbs and work ergonomically within in confined spaces.
• Perform job roles and responsibilities while wearing personal protective equipment.
• Work from heights and climb ladders.
• Operate a PIT forklift, pallet jack and spend a considerable part of your day working in a mobile environment.
