Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform facility management tasks, including but not limited to carrying out renovation projects, maintenance of air-conditioning, power, fire services etc.
  • Monitor the vendor performance to ensure quality of work such as Security System, printer
  • Handling office related licenses renewal
  • Support budget planning
  • Coordinate travel arrangement

 

Requirements

  • F.7or above
  • 3-year office renovation working experiences
  • Good knowledge in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) 
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated, independent, diligent and responsible
