Micron’s Taiwan sites include sales and technical support in Taipei along with state-of-the-art fabrication facilities in Taichung and Taoyuan that together comprise the company’s DRAM Center of Perfection. The Center’s goal is to achieve the most efficient and effective technology transfer and manufacturing ramp by combining front- and back-end manufacturing, product engineering and technology development roles.

Job Description

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • 8+ years relevant semiconductor industry experience
  • 5+ years experience in management position.
  • Good leadership and communication skill in mentoring and leading the performance of team.
  • Prefer have tool-install(Hook-up) handle experience
  • Bachelor degree (or above) major in construction lead, Civil engineering, Engineering management or relative fields.
  • Well Mandarin and prefered in English communication skill

As the F16 Facility Construction & Engineering SR. Manager, you will be responsible for leading the management of the project, expansion, new build. Work with the Operations and Maintenance Manager to set up operations and maintenance statements and training packages for the team. The cost estimates, budgets management and employee development. Work with other department managers to standardize processes and directions, establish metrics. You will utilize available resources to meet company and departmental goals and enable your team to solve problems and initiate improvements across functions.

  • Maintain communication with Production areas to ensure that present and future needs are being met or exceeded
  • Integrate and plan the client/production facility request and project
  • Work with Global Sites. Share Lessons Learned, Experiences, Successful Methods, and Processes

2. Manage Cost and Resources

  • Manage departmental financial budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing expenditures
  • Review and update rolling budget quarterly
  • Enlist support from other Micron departments in cost reduction efforts
  • Exercise return on investment analysis and Resolve budget variances, Ensure decision analysis

3. Ensure Compliance of Response Teams

  • Ensure department operations comply with applicable outside agency rules and regulations
  • To work with EHSS to achieve the goal of zero injury and participate in activities

4. Develop People

  • Hold team accountable to performance management
  • Establish strategic priorities and communicate changes as needed
  • Inspire the team to innovate, and to be creative

理工學士學位或以上,理工或工程管理等相關科系畢業

  • 8年以上相關半導體行業工作經驗
  • 具備建廠之規劃、管理5年以上工程主管經驗,熟悉廠務系統、建廠、

擴建及生產流程與組織,熟悉Hook-up工程尤佳

  • 良好的溝通、領導能力,指導和管理團隊的績效
  • 大學以上,工程管理等相關科系畢業
  • 熟悉中文,具英文溝通能力尤佳

廠務工程部 部門經理。負責建廠、擴建、規劃與管理。與運轉維護部共同制定廠務運作及管理事宜。並為團隊制定訓練計畫。成本和預算管理,能發展團隊成員。與其他部門經理合作,透過流程和方向建立指標,利用現有的資源,滿足公司和部門的目標,使您的團隊解决問題並啟動系統功能改進。
