1. 建立健全的高低压配电系统以及相关电气设备的管理程序和工作流程，确保电气系统和相关设备的安全稳定运行；
2. 制定高低压配电系统以及相关电气设备的年度维护保养计划并组织实施，确保相关设备始终处于良好的运行状态；
3. 负责工厂电力能源效率管理并落实相关节能减排的措施；
4. 负责高低压配电系统相关的工程项目管理以及承包商管理；
5. 负责工厂电气安全管理，并落实电气安全相关的政策和法律法规，组织开展定期的电气安全检查，并推动电气安全持续改善；
6. 负责工厂光伏系统及能源平台系统的运维，确保相关系统设备处于良好的运行状态；
7. 负责工厂楼宇自控系统（DDC）的运维，确保系统处于良好的运行状态；
8. 上级领导安排的其他工作；
1. Establish the management procedure and work flow for high & low-voltage distribution system and relevant electrical equipment, to ensure safe and stable operation of the electrical systems and equipment；
2. Plan and implement the preventive maintenance for high & low-voltage distribution system and relevant electrical equipment, to keep all systems and equipment are in good condition；
3. Manage electrical energy efficiency and drives the energy-saving and emission-reduction activities；
4. Manage high & low-voltage distribution system relevant projects and contractors according to relative procedures and guidelines；
5. Manage electrical safety at plant level, and implement electrical safety relevant guidelines, laws and regulations; Organize regular electrical safety check, and drive continuous improvement on electrical safety；
6. Be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the plant photovoltaic system and energy platform system, and ensure that the relevant system and equipment are in good operation condition;
7. Be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the plant building automation system (DDC) to ensure that the system is in good operation;
8. Other work arranged by superior leaders；

1. 大学本科或以上学历，电气工程或机电一体化等相关专业；
2. 至少5年以上设备设施管理部门的工作经验，精通高低压供配电系统；
3. 具备较全面的动力专业知识，以及熟悉配电产品的相关标准及电力系统设计规程规范，熟悉强、弱电系统的产品、性能、特点，具备较强阅读工程图纸的能力，可熟练使用CAD；
4. 良好的沟通协调能力，具备较强的责任感和团队合作精神，具有大型机电工程项目经验者优先；
5. 流利的英文书写和口语能力。
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in electrical engineering or electromechanical integration；
2. At least 5 years working experience in facility management department, be proficient in high & low-voltage power supply and distribution system；
3. Be familiar with the standards of power supply & distribution products and the design specifications of power system, be familiar with the products, performance, characteristic of the strong and weak electricity system, has a great ability to read engineering drawings, proficient in CAD；
4. Has good communication & coordination skills, and has strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, Experience in large mechanical and electrical engineering project is preferred；
5. Fluent written and spoken English.
