Responsibilities 1. Facility system installation, commissioning and start up 2. Development and implementation of the QA/QC plan for incoming material, test plan with vendor 3. Equipment FAT and issue the report 4. Review and implementation JSA (SWMS) with safety team and vendor 5. Facilitate the daily construction meeting with contractor 6. Ensure the schedule includes latest plans. 7. Issue weekly/monthly report related to safety, schedule and quality for construction 8. Work with Contractor, project team, Safety team and construction leaders to address any installation issues. 9. Addressing potential Safety issues in the contractor’s Work Safe plan with creative solutions appropriate to the contractor’s capability and site’s construction practices. 10. Addressing any potential equipment damage from inappropriate move in, setting or utility hook up
