工作职责 Job Responsibility

1.Monitoring of operational work of Facilities of sites in SZ and dorms, assign or lead electricians to finish daily operation/maintenance/repairing works; including but not limited to below majors

Factory power supply system;center air conditioning system;cleanroom;vacuum;

extraction;doors/windows/ceiling/lighting/;other civil construction work follow up;

深圳工厂/员工宿舍之设施的运行/使用管理, 指派/带领技术完成日常运行/保养/维修工作; 负责范围包含不限于如下方面:

工厂供电系统;中央空调系统;洁净室;压缩空气系统真空;排风;建筑物及其门窗,地板天花,照明;施工工程跟进

2.Full in charge the PPM implement of critical facilities;

全面负责关键性设施的预防性计划保养的实施

3.Big repairing and modification plan and follow;

大型维修/改造的计划很跟进;

4.Organize the team to finish Small engineering project requested by other departments

组织厂务内部完成小型工程项目施工;

5.Renovation project technical and management support;

工程项目技术及管理支;

6.General contractor and vendor management: unconformities follow;

总包/承包商管理及其问题点跟进处理;

7.Team daily work safety monitoring, application of hot work validation / temporally power usage monitoring/ height space operation monitoring;

部门日常安全管理:申请动火作业/施工临时用电申请监管/高空作业安全监管;

8.Special equipments management: compressed air tanks yearly / safety valve half yearly / pressure meters half year inspection follow up;

特种设备的管理/ 压缩空气储气罐/安全阀等半年检/年检

9.Subordinates’ quarterly and yearly assessment;

下属员工的季度/年度评估

10.Document control about ISO 9001 & 14001, including revise and updating procedures / WI / forms etc;ISO 9001&14001&18000 等体系审核跟进/程序文件/WI/表格等文件编写升级

职位要求 Position Requirements

教育背景 Education Background
Second school degree & major in HVAC / electrical / civil construction etc.
中专以上学历, 暖通/电气/明用建筑相关专业

工作经验 Working Experience

5年以上厂务设施运行/预防性计划保养实施/系统改造改善等工作经验: 专业范围专著但不限于于如下方面:

系统节能;工厂供电系统;中央空调系统;洁净室;压缩空气系统;真空;排风;节能;

专业知识 Professional Skills

压力容器管理;

寿力/大型螺杆空压机及压缩空气系统;

万级洁净房;

一般的建筑物专业法规知识, 包括电气和环境相关知识.

words/excel/PPT 等办公软件的使用;

语言能力 Language Ability
good reading & writing ability of English preferred;

英语读写能力良好者优先;

所需才能及标准 Competence & Criteria Required

• Certificate of Electrician and pressure vessel/电工证/压力容器操作证/压力容器管理证
• Good Leading ability; 良好领导能力，组织能力
• High conscientiousness to work;对工作的高度自觉性
• Inter-departmental communication ability; 部门间沟通协调能力;
• English skills are required.英语语言技能
• Army experience preferred. 退伍军人优先。
