Summary

To be responsible for managing the resources required to fulfil TI’s vision to provide a safe, clean, comfortable environment for all staff and visitors at our facilities while keeping all equipment and systems fully function at all times.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic inspection of the properties & manage/coordinate all FM related works on site.

• Report on managed data as requested.

• Assist in spare parts and consumptions ordering.

• Be the point of local contact for incident escalation purpose and respond to emergency incidents within the emergency response procedure.

• Carry out additional related duties, as necessary to meet the needs of the Firm.

• Support facilities augmentation/retrofit projects required to support engineering operations.

• Interface with all outside equipment suppliers and contractors as required to assure that all requirements are being met.

• Support energy initiatives to reduce costs. Support environment initiatives per manager guidelines.
